and if team F.A.S.T is too rough for anyone, you can always train with Roy Sanders in Coeburn.
Glad to see you on here, Mays.
For those interested our new gym is now located on Main St. in Pound, directly across from Pizza Plus. Our normal training days are on Mon. and Wed. starting at 7pm. with alternate training days as needed.
Starting on Wed. nights we will also be offering kid's submission wrestling classes for ages 5yrs and up. These classes will be geared toward competition grappling tournaments. Alot of techniques learned in these classes can be carried over into highschool wrestling and is a great way to prepare for other sports during the off season. We have a few highschool wrestlers from Pound and other local schools that train with us.
Our adult classes are geared toward competition grappling and full contact fighting which involves a combination of grappling, ground striking, boxing, and kickboxing.
If fighting isnt your goal and you just want to get into shape then you wont be disappointed.
All classes are $50 per month. The first class is free.
No contract is required but all fees are due at the beginning of each month in order to continue training.

If you live anywhere near there and are interested in training MMA this would be the place to go. I'm going to have to go up and visit soon myself.

Thanks guys, Im sure Bobby and Robert really appreciate all the positive feedback. Hope to see some new faces turn up.
Maybe we'll see you soon Gotch, its always fun. Love your oldschool stories and SW VA MMA history lessons.
Oh and thought I would add that we now offer Judo as well. Nick Jackson was a great wrestler in highschool and went on to train in Judo up in Richmond where he won a state championship.
I highly recommend judo to any wrestlers in the area wanting to improve their game and add some new weapons to their wrestling arsenal. No one in this area will be ready for the uncharacteristic style that judo brings to wrestling. It will definately up your game.
Improve your wrestling, stamina, and get into shape. This is just some of what we do.
